 Scramble SG v1.0 is a word unscrambling game that can be played on two computers over a local area network (LAN), the Internet, modem, or serial cable. It can also be played in one or two player mode on the same computer. An 80,000-word list is included with words ranging from 3 to 12 letters long. The maximum and minimum word lengths can be adjusted from within the game. Young children can play using the 3, 4, and 5 letter words, which have been trimmed to remove uncommon or undesirable words. A 90 second timer counts down the time you have to solve the word and at the 30 and 60-second marks, first and second letter hints are provided. A full game consists of solving 15 words and a high score list will log the score, date, min/max word length settings and how many words you got correct. The score is based on how long the word is and how quickly you unscrambled it.
